What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and login details.
• Photos you upload: the images you add to the generator.
• Generated videos: the videos created from your photos, and the options and optional text direction you chose.
• Payment records: what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and never reach our servers.
• Usage data: basic logs and analytics needed to run and secure the service.

How we use your photos

Your photos are used to generate the videos you request and to perform content safety checks. To do that, they are sent to our AI video provider for processing. We do not publish your photos or videos in any public gallery, and we do not sell them.

Content safety checks

We send uploaded photos, user-written video directions and generated videos to SeeAPI for automated content moderation. Unreviewed uploads are held in private temporary storage and shared with the reviewer through short-lived signed links. Images are copied to private media storage only after approval, and generated videos are shown only after approval. Rejected or unavailable checks prevent publication; automated assessments can make mistakes. Temporary uploads are deleted after the check, with a storage lifecycle rule as a fallback.

Where data is stored

Photos and videos are stored in private cloud object storage so you can view and download your videos later from My videos. Viewing these files through our website requires the owning account to be signed in. Processing services receive temporary access links where needed. Account and order data is stored in our database.

Sharing

We share data only with the services needed to run the product: our hosting and storage provider, our AI video provider, our content moderation provider (SeeAPI), our payment processor, and our email provider. Each receives only what it needs for its task.

Retention and deletion

We keep your photos and videos while your account is active so you can download them again. You can ask us to delete your account, photos and videos at any time by opening a support ticket; we will delete them within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to some processing. Contact us through a support ticket to use these rights.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 16, and photos of minors must not be uploaded.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
