Refund Policy

Failed videos are refunded automatically

If a video fails to generate (for example, the AI provider rejects the photos or times out), the credits for that video are returned to your balance automatically. You never pay credits for a video you did not receive.

Unused credits

You can request a full refund of a credit pack within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Open a support ticket from your account settings with your order number.

Used credits

Because each video uses paid GPU time as soon as it is generated, credits that have been spent on successfully generated videos are not refundable. If a video is clearly broken (for example, it is blank or corrupted), contact us and we will review it and restore the credits where appropriate.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We usually resolve issues within two business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor. Banks typically take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
