Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

We provide an online tool that turns photos you upload into short AI-generated videos in a zombie / horror style. Videos are created by third-party AI models. Results vary, and we do not guarantee that a video will match your expectations or look exactly like the people in your photos.

Your photos and consent

  • Only upload photos that you own or that you have permission to use from every person shown in them.
  • Do not upload photos of minors, or of anyone who has not agreed to appear in a zombie or horror video.
  • Do not use the service to harass, defame, sexualize, or impersonate anyone, or to create content that is illegal where you or the people shown live.
  • You confirm this consent each time you generate a video.

We may refuse, remove, or stop processing any content that breaks these rules, and may suspend accounts that do so repeatedly.

Generated videos

Subject to these terms and the rights of the people in your photos, you may download and use the videos you generate, including posting them on social media. You are responsible for how you share and use them.

Credits and payment

  • Videos are paid for with credits. Credits are sold in one-time packs at the prices shown on the site. There is no subscription.
  • Credits do not expire, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • The credits needed for a video are shown before you generate it and are deducted when generation starts.
  • If generation fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
  • Refunds of purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. AI providers may be temporarily unavailable; failed generations are refunded in credits.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
