How we count
Numbers come straight from our render logs and refresh at least hourly. A video counts once it has rendered successfully. Render time runs from submission to the finished video. The failure rate covers every attempt that ended, and each failed attempt was refunded automatically. Accounts used for testing and integrations are excluded. We don't analyse what is in your photos, so we can't report, for example, how many videos include pets.
